Breeder Terms & Policies

The $500 deposit is non-refundable but is applied to the total purchase price.
The deposit secures your place on the waiting list for this specific puppy or litter.
Final payment is due at pickup. We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
All puppies come with a health guarantee, first vet visit, age-appropriate vaccines, and deworming.
You agree to provide a loving, permanent home and to contact us if you are ever unable to keep your dog.
Atlanta Doodles and Poodles reserves the right to deny any application at our discretion.

I have read and agree to the terms above. I understand the deposit is non-refundable and that submitting this form does not guarantee a puppy — my application must be reviewed and I must complete the deposit payment.
